Reign of Fire: Chapter 5We were ordered to exterminate a pack of rodents of unusual size that had found its way into the sewer underneath our fine city. I dont know who is responsible for the creation of this sewer, but I, for one, recommend that this person hang from their heels for the rest of their lives! This isnt a sewer so much as it is a labyrinth! Weve been down here in this awful place for over three hours and still no sign of the rats. In fact, I think were going around in circles! Ive heard that Delnor was built on top of the ruins of a long abandoned erdgeist city,Reign of Fire: Chapter 5

Reign of Fire: Chapter 4Among wind spells, the rune Dorn is the most commonly known. The name of the rune is likely derived from the name of the Windlord Dorinal. By drawing the rune and invoking a prayer to the wind with a strong conviction, one can have limited control over the very wind itself. Dorn is the most used wind spell due to its versatility. It can be used to power windmills and blow away leaves. Magic scholars have noted the potential of Dorn in combat as well. It can be used defensively, to create large gusts of wind to fly on, or offensively, to push foes away.&nReign of Fire: Chapter 4

Reign of Fire: Chapter 3Concerning kobolds, there are two common types. The mountain kobolds are the most well known, and also the most vicious. These creatures are quite savage, highly territorial, and generally unfriendly towards most other sentient races. They are also the only kobolds native to Laguna. Their forest dwelling brethren are less aggressive and more interesting, as they have formed a peaceful coexistence with the natural balance of the Avantessia forests. Although rare outside the forest, and even rarer in Laguna, these kobolds are much more sociable with other races than the mountainfolk.&Reign of Fire: Chapter 3

Reign of Fire: Chapter 2A young man was walking to his house when he met a snake alongside the road. The snake asked the man where he was going, and upon learning that the man was heading in the same direction, the snake offered the man ten gold coins if he would carry the snake along the way. One thing led to another, and when the young man took the snake to its home, the snake promptly bit the man and slithered into the grass. The young man asked why the snake would do such a thing, and snake only replied, because Im a snake. --author unknownReign of Fire: Chapter 2
